Get found

When someone nearby searches for what you do, they should find you, with the right phone number, the right hours and a reason to pick you. That’s mostly your Google Business Profile, your details being the same everywhere, and a website that works on a phone. Then looking the part: your logo, flyers and a proper launch.

Google Business Profile

The box that shows up on Google Maps and at the side of a search. I set it up or fix it: the right categories, your services and areas, real photos, and your hours. Verified and in your name.

The same details everywhere

Google, Bing, Apple Maps, Facebook and the directories that matter for your trade should all agree on your name, number and area. AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Copilot build their answers from places like these, so getting them right helps there too.

A website that works on a phone

A facelift for the site you have, or a simple new one: quick, clear, honest about prices, with an enquiry form that lands in your inbox and a Google Sheet. Hosted free, in your name.

An honest note: nobody can promise you’ll be top of Google. What I can do is set everything up the way Google asks, fix what’s holding you back, and show you the few habits that make the biggest difference locally: asking happy customers for reviews, adding photos, and keeping your details up to date.

Brand, print and launch

Looking the part, on paper and online.

Once people find you, you should look like someone they can trust, everywhere they see you.

  • Your logo tidied up or redrawn properly, with a simple rulebook for colours and lettering
  • A flyer, and QR codes for your door and partners that show which ones bring people in
  • Social posts and graphics, and the picture that shows when someone shares your link
  • A launch plan, with the posts written for you

I did all of this for the job on Recent work. Each one is its own pack, so pick only what you need: see the prices below.

Questions

The things people ask

I already have a Google listing. Do I need you?

Maybe not. Ask for the free quick review first: I’ll look at your listing the way a customer would and tell you the three things I’d fix. Plenty of people can do those themselves.

I work from home. Will my address be on Google?

No. If customers don’t come to you, Google lets you hide your address and show the areas you cover instead. I’ll set it up that way.

Who owns the listing and the website?

You do. The Google listing is in your Google account, with me added as a manager you can remove at any time. The domain and the website hosting are in your name too.

Will you write fake reviews or buy them?

No, never. It breaks Google’s rules and the law. I’ll show you an easy, honest way to ask your happy customers for a review.
